WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MASSACHUSETTS COVID-19 TRAVEL ORDER
If you are traveling from any higher-risk state, the State of Massachusetts requires individuals to produce, on request, proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken no longer than 72 hours before your arrival in Massachusetts.

In addition to obtaining a negative test result, please complete the  Massachusetts Travel  Form  prior to arrival, unless you are visiting from a  lower-risk state  designated by the Department of Public Health.
